This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how the Higher Stairs game ("App", "we", "our") handles and protects the privacy and personal information of its users.
Higher Stairs is a casual arcade game in which the player launches a geometric shape up an endless staircase. The gameplay itself does not require an account, sign-in, or any personal information.
The App itself does not ask you for, or directly collect, personal data such as your name, email, contacts, photos, or precise location. Your score and best result are kept only on your device.
However, the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob (see Section 4). To serve ads, AdMob and Google may automatically collect certain information, including: a device advertising identifier (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, device and operating-system information, and basic app-interaction data.
Information processed by the App and its advertising partner is used only to: run and display the game, keep your local score, and show and measure advertisements (including showing personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your region and choices).
We use Google AdMob to show banner and full-screen (interstitial) ads. AdMob is provided by Google and may use device identifiers and usage data to deliver and measure ads. We do not control the data collected by Google.

The App does not run its own servers and does not store your personal data in the cloud. Game progress (such as your best score) stays on your device. Advertising data is transmitted to and handled by Google in accordance with Google's policies.
The App uses the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

The App requests only the permissions required to run and to display ads (for example, internet access). It does not request access to your contacts, files, camera, microphone, or precise location.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect user information. Please note that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
We reserve the right to update this Policy as needed. Any changes will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
